When ordering, please make sure that all the relevant options are selected. You can always add more information in the personalisation box.

Style 1 = name only
Style 2 = initial + name
Style 3 = initial + name cut out
Please note that these cups are only suitable for cold drinks. It is not recommended to drink hot drinks in these cups.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. The buyer can however contact GiftsByAdetutu about any issues with the order. Each order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

* If an order has been personalised (eg. with a name or specific text)
